Abstract: Revenue-sharing contract can coordinate a three-level supply chain composed of a sing manufacturer,a sing distributor and a single retailer who faces stochastic demand.The coordination may be impaired by an emergent event which results in demand disruption.An optimal strategy for supply chain to deal with the disruption is given and an improved revenue-sharing contract which has anti-disruption ability is proposed.It also analyzes the distribution of profit among the entities.Finally the paper gives an application by simulation.
