摘要: 当今世界,传统的管理理念和模式,已经逐渐被新的适应性更强的管理理念和模式取而代之。本文对于这些变化进行了总结和分析,并指出国际经济一体化的竞争环境,要求我们在战略层面上,对现有的各类资源进行集成式管理,而在哲理层面上则要力主面向未来管理,创造持续发展的环境。

关键词: 面向未来管理, 敏捷管理, 持续发展, 过程分析与重组

Abstract: Nowadays traditional minds and models of management have gradually been replaced by more strongly adaptive and new minds and models of management. This paper intends to summarize in great detail and thoroughly analyze these changes, and points out that Profound changes of international competitive environment require that, in strategical level, we should take integrated management to kinds of resources, but, in philosophical level, we should make every effort to adopt futurity-oriented management, and create sustainable environment of development.
