摘要： 本文在分析并行工程的基本理论方法和传统生产准备工作的各个阶段存在问题的基础上,提出了在航空企业生产准备工作中实施并行工程的基本方案。文中的实际案例表明了该方案的实用性。

Abstract: Based on the basic theory and measure of concurrent engineering and some existing problems of every step of traditional process preparation work, this article introduces the implementation scheme that applies concurrent engineering in the process preparation work. The actual example in the article indiccates the practicability of the scheme.
