摘要： 本文针对建筑物成新度评估存在的问题,利用人工神经网络理论,首次建立了建筑物成新度评估的人工神经网络模型,测试表明系统性能良好。

Abstract: Considering the existing question of the deterioration adjustment of buildings, this paper for the first time applies artificial neural networks (ANN) theories to the setting up of ANN models for deterioration adjustment of buildings. Experiment shows that the new system functions smoothly.
