摘要： 本文按照精干主业,提高效率,合理配置资源,协调运行的原则分析了在电子商务环境下供应链系统重构目标和重构策略基础上,运用AHP方法进行重构策略选择,并给出了供应链系统重构的结构方案。

Abstract: Based on the principle of leaning on master affairs,increasing efficiency,rational on resource allocation and coordinate operation,this paper first analyzes the reengineering purpose and the reengineering strategies of supply chain systems under electronic commerce,then selects one better reengineering strategy by AHP method,and holds forth its framework scheme.
