摘要: 本文从应急问题的特点出发,考虑时间紧迫性及系统稳定性因素,建立了应急时间最早、出救点数目最少的多目标数学模型,并运用模糊集理论,通过定义模糊决策集,采用模糊优化方法成功给出了该问题的求解方法。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the emergency problem,a model based on two objectives,the earliest emergency start time andthe fewest number of retrieval depots,are presented when both the pressure of time limit and the reliability of the system are considered. Using the theory of fuzzy sets,a fuzzy decision making set is defined and a fuzzy optimization method is successfully applied to solve this problem.
