摘要： 本文以决策支持系统的理论方法为基础,综合运用人工智能、专家系统、模糊集、因子分析等理论方法,提出了中国保税区发展水平综合评价的指标体系,介绍了中国保税区发展水平的集成式智能化综合评价系统(IICES)的基本结构模式,探讨了IICES的实现技术与方法,给出了IICES的应用实例。

Abstract: On the basis of the theory and methods of decision support system,by comprehensively using artificial intelligence,experts system,fuzzy sets,factor analysis and so on,this paper has proposed a comprehensive evaluation index system for development level of Free Trade Zones in China,presented the basic structure framework of the Integrated Intelligent Comprehensive Evaluation System(IICES) for development level of Free Trade Zones in China,discusses the implementation techniques and methods of IICES,and gives the application example of IICES.
