摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新的技术能力已成为影响企业产业转型成功与否的关键因素之一。为此,本文基于案例研究,对转型企业技术能力演进路径分析,构建出技术能力演进系统模型,探寻企业技术能力再造的途径;在此基础之上,提出原有技术能力挖掘和技术学习的转型企业技术能力积累模式,并对影响模式选择的关键因素进行分析;最后,构建了技术能力整合模型,以提高企业技术能力整合效率。

关键词: 演进机理, 技术学习, 技术能力整合, 产业转型

Abstract: The new technological capability has become a key factor influencing success or not of industry conversion.On the basis of case study,the technological capability evolvement path is analyzed,and the evolvement system model is constructed to explore the reforging path.Then two cultivation models of primary technology mining and technology learning of enterprises technological capability are put forward,and the key factors affecting the model choice are analyzed.At last the technological capability integration model is constructed to improve technological capability integration efficiency.
