摘要/Abstract

摘要： 双渠道是目前主流的零售模式。在此背景下，本文根据合同类型和服务提供商的不同，提出了四种供应链运营模式：制造商提供服务，与零售商签订批发价格合同(MW)；零售商提供服务，与制造商签订批发价格合同(RW)；制造商提供服务，与零售商签订寄售合同(MS)；零售商提供服务，与制造商签订寄售合同(RS)。在每种模式下，构建了制造商与零售商之间的博弈模型，求得了每种模式下的最优决策。然后对四种模式下的最优决策进行了对比分析，确定了何种模式下具有最高的服务水平和最低的零售价格，以及最高的利润水平，同时确定了市场上的均衡运营模式。部分主要结论如下：当服务成本效益和线上渠道市场份额共同满足一定条件时，模式MW和RW都有可能提供最高的服务水平和最低的零售价格；除了模式RS，其余三种模式都有可能是均衡模式。通过本文的研究，可为企业经营决策提供理论指导，从而提高供应链整体绩效。

Abstract: Dual-channels are currently the mainstream retail mode. In this context, four supply chain operation modes based on the contract types and service providers are proposed. That is, manufacturers provide services and sign wholesale price contracts with retailers; retailers provide services and sign wholesale price contracts with manufacturers; manufacturers provide services and sign consignment contracts with retailers; retailers provide services and sign a consignment contract with the manufacturers.
