摘要: 针对被执行人财物隐匿现象突出、被执行财产难寻、类案检索方法低效等法院执行难题,将案例推理方法应用于司法执行领域,设计了一种异质信息环境下基于案例推理的被执行人财物隐匿类案提取与金额估算方法。对被执行人财物隐匿案件进行定性与定量分析,建立了被执行人财物隐匿案件多维特征体系。基于CBR的案例表示思想,给出了被执行人财物隐匿案件表示方法。考虑到案件属性信息表征形式的异质性,进一步构建了针对精确符号、精确数、区间数、犹豫模糊语言等异质信息的相似度和属性权重的计算模型。在此基础上,提出了一种基于异质信息相似度的被执行人财物隐匿类案提取算法和金额估算模型。最后通过具体的算例验证了类案提取算法和金额估算模型的可行性和有效性。
