摘要:
全民参与新型治理体系下,公众新媒体监督已然成为倒逼企业发展方式绿色转型的有力手段,但其内在机理尚未厘清。因此,本文选取2011-2020年中国A股上市公司数据,采用中介效应模型和门槛回归模型,评估公众新媒体监督对企业绿色转型的影响。结果表明,基于对企业发展与减排的双重审视,公众新媒体监督能够显著促进企业绿色转型;这一作用可通过提升企业内部关注度和强化政府外部规制两种途径来实现。此外,在数字化发展调节机制下,公众新媒体监督对企业绿色转型具有显著的门槛效应,即对企业发展呈现边际效应递增的单门槛特征,而对企业减排则呈现边际效应先递增后递减的双门槛特征。进一步研究得出,公众新媒体监督与政府外部规制能够形成有效合力,对外部负面报道更多、规模较小、隶属重污染行业且绿色技术创新效率更高的企业具有显著的绿色转型效果。不仅如此,在公众新媒体监督影响下,企业发展与减排能够相互促进。因此,应适度强化数字化发展对公众新媒体监督促进企业绿色转型的正向调节作用,提升公众新媒体监督与企业内部关注及政府外部规制工具的适配性,以最大化释放其潜能。
