Study on Improved Inventory Coordination Model in A Multi-stage Multi-customer Supply Chain Based on Integer Multiplier

Abstract: In this paper,we analyzed 3 coordination mechanisms and models in a multi-stage multi-customer supply chain studied by Moutaz Khouja(2003)[1],analyzed the possible of missing feasible solution and the rigor condition in practice of the third model(integer powers of two mult-ipliers),then put up a improved model(integer mult-iplier),and taken the example to prove it gives better results.Generally,this improved model meets the requests of lean supply chain operation.
