Abstract: Reverse logistics network design is a strategic decision for enterprise.Taking the enterprises and customers'different benefits into account, this paper addresses the reverse logistic networks design for repair service.A bi-level programming model is proposed The upper level of the model optimizes the total cost of logistics and service level simultaneously, and the lower level of the model describes the customers choosing the return center. An algorithm is designed to solve the model to get a set of Pareto solutions which constitute the efficient boundaries. An example is given to illustrate the application of the model and algorithm. The role of efficient boundaries has also been analyzed.
