Abstract: According to the characteristic of predominant industry,we estalished a system of six indexes,which can be used as basic theory of the selection and appraisal of predominant industry. In order to simplify the selection and be convenient to the analog of computer, we come up with a new method -optimality of every level, which is the combination of optimum compound appraisal and level structure. It also is a method to slove the. probiem of multiple level structure and is on the base of data completely. at last,we explain how to analyze the data and other relative projects.
