Abstract: This thesis mainly aims at: a) To illustrate that the existence theorem of (1) is wrong through the concrete examples. b) To establish a Particular standarel to judge that the definitions of both [1] and [2] are unreasonable. c) To establish the idea on the solution of the minorities obey the majorit ties, and supplying the relevant existCnce theorem.
