Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the concept and content of directional learning behaviou of enetrprises, and study the motivation of directional learning behaviour of enterprises, We also describe the affects, the costS and efficiency of directional fearing behaviour of enterprises, In the final Part, we further study the relationship between directional learning behaviour and innovation behaviour of enterprises.
