Abstract

Abstract: An index system for the synthtic evaluation of regional leading industries is set up in this paper. A mathematical model, the fixed weight clustering model, for the synthetic; evaluation of regional leading industries is put forward based on the idea of grey cluster. The positive study for choosing the leading industries of Wuzhi County in Henan Province is made.
