Abstract: The paper starts from Hua’s Macro-economic mathematical model with many years’ delay,obtains the theorems that are similar to ones raised by Professor Hua Luogeng.the central content is as follows: people must arrange the first input according to positive characteristic vector method,unless the economic system willlose its balance.
