Abstract: Infomation has become strategic resource of today’s international economics and distinctive product factor. It turns to the key to exist and develop for agricultural economics how to use information technique and exploit information resources. This paper puts forward an agricultural and by-products information support system with a multi-level and multi-connection model. On the base of analyzing agricultural and by-products industry features, it also introduces an analysis of business condition for peasants.
