Abstract: Having been facing the competitive pressure of China’s power market, the managers from the power plants have strongly demanded the change of the management and the information environment supporting the changing. This peper has focused on the improvement of the competitiveness of the power Plants, analyzed the characteristics of the change of the management and studied the architecture of the enterprise integration related to the improvement.
