Abstract: Based on traffic demand analysis of toll road this paper establishes the traffic demand functions of toll road through the scientific hypothesis This study also comes up with a series of fundamental methods of defining road charge criterion and confirming various vehicles’toll proportion In addition,this study discusses the essential principles of defining road charges criterion and compares several charges criterions from the economic prospectuses.
