Abstract: Facing the excess profit in the strategic alliance,some firms want to get it,so it shapes the rent-seeking.In this paper I present a formal analysis of Stackelberg rent-seeking games in which the players do not move simultaneously.The equilibrium outcome in this game provides some interesting results.
