The Measurement of Organizational Learning’s Capability

Abstract: The measurement of organizational learning’s capability is necessary both to build the learning organization and to cultivate the core competence.Based on the managerial practices,which are employed to build learning organization more effectively,seven evaluation dimensions and thirty-five concrete indices are designed to measure the organizational learning’s capability.Then,an application case is given.
