Abstract: E-supply chain management is a new supply chain management model in e-commerce environment,but the main obstacle to the application of e-supply chain is the communication and coordination costs between its members.In this paper,the characteristics of e-supply chain are summarized,and the implementing model and procedure of e-supply chain are discussed.Lastly,the solution to construction of the e-supply chain is introduced.
