Abstract: In this paper,the core competence of enterprises is analyzed after summarizing the current research results.Then a three-dimensional evaluation model is proposed based on systematic thought to analyze the core competence of enterprises,as well as a method:optimum point.method The projection analysis of this model is further discussed.In the end,an example about security companies is run to describe the procedure of using this model.
