Abstract: The article analyses the difference of environmental performance under different ownership structure through a theoretical model.From the perceptive of ownership structure,it explores whether the development model of privatization could achieve a better balance point between pushing economic development and reducing environmental damage,and tries to find whether the development of private economy is effective for improving environmental quality,which is beneficial to promote environmentally economic sustainable development.
