The paper deals with comptrrative analysis of Direct Investment of Korea, Japan, America, Singapore, Hongkong and Taiwan on three levels, that is Qingdao City, Shandong Province and China by the way of Rank Analysis. It con-ducts synthesized evaluation on Direct Investment of the above four countries and two areas according to some of different norms through Multi -hierarchica1 Synthesized Evaluation and Priricipol Analysis.
