An Empirical Study of R&D/Marketing Interface Management
Guan Jiancheng, Zhang Huasheng, Gao Baiyang
    1999, (2):  8-16.
    Abstract ( 2357 )   PDF (2726KB) ( 1933 )   Save
Harmonized interface between the R&D and marketing departments is essential to develop new product in an effective and efficient manner. In this paper, we propose a conceptual framework on it.Then, an exploratory empirical study is made. We gathered the information about the Perceptions of the importance of interface management through surveyed R&D managers and marketing managers for 1258 Beijing firms. Furthermore, we use the techniques of factor analysis and variance analysis to analyze the information. Four principal factors are identified which accounted for the majority of variance in studying subjects’ Perceived importance of the variables tested. We analyze the relationship between firms’ interface integration and its technology strategies. Differences between R&D and marketing managers’ Perception of the importance of interface variables are analyzed, too.

Design of Agricultural and By-Products Information System’s Structure and Analysis of Business Condition for Peasants
Zhu Qinghua, Qu Xiaofei, Geng Yong
    1999, (2):  17-23.
    Abstract ( 1974 )   PDF (2598KB) ( 1313 )   Save
Infomation has become strategic resource of today’s international economics and distinctive product factor. It turns to the key to exist and develop for agricultural economics how to use information technique and exploit information resources. This paper puts forward an agricultural and by-products information support system with a multi-level and multi-connection model. On the base of analyzing agricultural and by-products industry features, it also introduces an analysis of business condition for peasants.

Studies on Human Factor for Implementation of Concurrent Engineering in Chinese Manufacturing Companies
    Chen Guoquan
    1999, (2):  24-29.
    Abstract ( 1951 )   PDF (2539KB) ( 1852 )   Save
Human factor has been considered as one of the key aspects for successful implementation of Concurrent Engineeling(CE) both in academic and industrial circles. Based on the case studies in Chinese manufacturing companies implementing CE and the investigations for foreign counterparts, the present paper analyzes and summarizes the human resource management practices (such as selection for team members and leader, training, performance evaluation and motivation, etc.) as well as the related problems and the solutions to them have also been put forward and discussed.

Virtual Enterprise and Its Intelligence Management
    Wei Yiming, Xu Weixuan
    1999, (2):  30-36.
    Abstract ( 2130 )   PDF (2705KB) ( 2788 )   Save
Virtual Enterprise(VE) will be an efficient organization form in futrue, due to the rapidly developing computer techniques and information technology(IT) The great change of organization form and business management method will lead to the change of pattern for enterprise administration. Therefore, there is much difference among VE and the management mode drawn from VE (called as VE-strategy) as well as management of VE. This paper describes systematically the concept of virtual enterprise and its structure, directly against the incomplete understanding on VE. The methodology for intelligence management and the general frame of synthesis integrated system for intelligent decision-making in virtual enterprise management are also investigated in this paper.

    1999, (2):  51-56.
    Abstract ( 2162 )   PDF (2490KB) ( 1863 )   Save
Through analyzing the primary problems and contents of equipment administration with manual operation in the beer manufacturing industry, the logical and physical models are designed, and the system is implemented. The operation of this system is simple and its purpose is perfect. This system is a very useful tool for equipment administration work.

The Principal-Agent Relations in Organization Institution of Modern Enterprises
    Li Biqiang, Liu Yunzhe
    1999, (2):  57-61.
    Abstract ( 2240 )   PDF (2406KB) ( 2007 )   Save
There are a selles of principal-agent relations in organization institution of modern enterprises. The principal-agent mechanism based on separating of proprietary rights and management rights is not only necessary and effective, but also there is contradictory of difference between utility of functions of principal and agent. West management scientists have researched on the difference between utlility functions of principal and agent. They suggested theory of principal-agent. This paper gives a brief introduction to the theroy, and discusses the construction of healthy encouragement-constraint mechanism and the ways to improve principal-agent relations through assessing and rewarding/punishing to agent, imPlementing objective management, cultivating enterprise culture, and constructing normal running market.

Study on Impact of Uncertain State of World to Optimal Contract in Prinapal-Agent Theory
    Xu Xin, Qiu Wanhua
    1999, (2):  62-66.
    Abstract ( 2246 )   PDF (2302KB) ( 1919 )   Save
This paper points out that the principal and agent may have different prior probability to the uncertain state of world, and the influence of state to the agent’s effort cost should be considered in the principal-agent analysis model. Taking this opinion into a sample principal-agent model, some conclusion with new meaning is obtained.

Analysis on Innovation of Management Models and Methods and Its Enlightenment
    Yang Yongfu, Zhu Guilong
    1999, (2):  67-75.
    Abstract ( 2043 )   PDF (2720KB) ( 2196 )   Save
Nowadays traditional minds and models of management have gradually been replaced by more strongly adaptive and new minds and models of management. This paper intends to summarize in great detail and thoroughly analyze these changes, and points out that Profound changes of international competitive environment require that, in strategical level, we should take integrated management to kinds of resources, but, in philosophical level, we should make every effort to adopt futurity-oriented management, and create sustainable environment of development.

The G-C-D Model and Measurement of the Contribution Rate of Technological Advance
Liu Sifeng, Dang Yaoguo, Li Bingjun, Li Xiuli, Wang Lianhua
    1999, (2):  76-80.
    Abstract ( 2410 )   PDF (2366KB) ( 1527 )   Save
A new model, the G-C-D model, which is used to measure the technoloigcal advance, is built in this Paper. The progress in non-technical elements in Solow’s "remaining value" is removed by using the idea, method and modeling technique of grey system theory. So, the difficult technical problem in measurement of technological advance has been solved to a certain extent. The periodic G-C-D model of Henan Province is built in four different periods and the contribution rate of its periodic technological advance is measured.
