A system prototype including simulation model generator, time parameters calculator and Tabu search algorithm is realized by integrating Visual Foxpro 5.0 and Siman 3.51 for middle-and small-batch job shop scheduling and rescheduling problem. Simulation model generator is used to work out a comparatively detailed schedule, which is then optimized by time parameters calculator and Tabu search algorithm to approach an optimal schedule.

Transportation problem is a special problem in linear programming. This paper sets up an iteration algorithm for time optimization related to transportation problem, which can give a global transportation time optimized project. A practical verification shows, this algorithm is simple and stable, the results accord with the fact.

Liquidity, security and profitability are the three basic elements of commercial bank’s operating principles. Since they are interdependent, interactive and contradictory to one another, it is a challenging issue for commercial banks to balance these three elements harmoniously. This paper introduces a comprehensive evaluation model on commercial bank’s operating performance. The model’s index system reflects liquidity, security and profitability, and divides the commercial bank’s operating performance into relevant data of financial statements. And the model rationally solves the marking problem when one index makes different effects on the liquidity, security and profitability, quantifies the interaction among the three elements.
