Moreover, a heuristic algorithm for solving this model is also proposed based on sensitivity analysis method. Finally a numeral test is used to illustrate the applications of the bi level programming model for estimating origin destination demands. In the numeral results, estimation values of origin destination demands and the link traffic flows can be obtained simultaneously from the model and algorithms.
