    FAN Tai
    2003, (4):  5-9.
    Abstract ( 1980 )   PDF (1036KB) ( 1527 )   Save
Under a complicated historical background,Chinese stock market has formed a very unique segmented market system with A,B and H share markets existing together.Through analysis on dual listed company’s share price and trading volume reaction to earnings announcement under different auditing standards,we found there are differences of information transfer, information evaluation and information reaction mode between A and B share markets. Then we discuss the causation of this difference in information efficiency and provide some corresponding policy suggestion.

Empirical Analysis of Indirect Impact Factors on Price-Earning Ratio in Chinese Stock Market
    XU Ming, RONG Cheng-fa
    2003, (4):  10-14.
    Abstract ( 2210 )   PDF (859KB) ( 2747 )   Save
Due to the special structure for equity ownership of Chinese listed companies, the price-earning ratio(PER)is distorted which consequently leads to an untrue reflection of the fluctuation of macroeconomics. This paper empirically analyzes the influence of non-circulating equity ownership, financial deepening structure and commodity price index on PER.The results show that in order to avoid a great impact on the stock market from the fact that the reduction of state-owned shares, the administration has to thoroughly adjust the financial deepening structure, improve the quality of listed companies and reform the related policy and system for the Chinese stock market.

    Abstract ( 2058 )   PDF (512KB) ( 2066 )   Save
Focused on the operations strategy of mass customizing products or services with consistent quality, appropriate cost, speed, flexibility and dependability, the authors briefly discussed the operations characteristics of three types of production systems,i.e.,customized at/after delivery, customized at assemble, and customized at fabrication. After analyzing the architecture of product platform in detail,we presented the integrated strategy of implementing mass customization based on product platform and modeled the roles of product platforms on the production systems for mass customization. The research has got a validation in its application to several enterprises’ projects.

According to the characteristics of the emergency problem,a model based on two objectives, the earliest emergency start time andthe fewest number of retrieval depots, are presented when both the pressure of time limit and the reliability of the system are considered. Using the theory of fuzzy sets,a fuzzy decision making set is defined and a fuzzy optimization method is successfully applied to solve this problem.

Formulating the Batch Scheduling in Semiconductor Burn-in Operations as a Mathematical Programming
    ZHANG Zhao-sheng, LIU Jia-zhuang
    2003, (4):  32-36.
    Abstract ( 2500 )   PDF (1808KB) ( 1884 )   Save
We study the problem of minimizing total weighted completion time on single batch processing machine. It is a problem of batch scheduling which arises in the burn in stage of semiconductor manufacturing.Burn in ovens are modeled as batch processing machines which can handle up to B jobs simultaneously. The processing time of a batch is equal to the longest processing time among the jobs in the batch. In 1998,Skutella formulated the parallel machine scheduling problem P||∑ωjCj and R||∑ωjCj as 0 1 mixed integer programming.Luo and Zhang formuated the single machine scheduling problem 1||∑ωjCj as mathematical programming. We first formulate the problem of minimizing total weighted completion time on single batch processing machine 1|B|∑ωjCj and get some conclusions.

    2003, (4):  54-57.
    Abstract ( 2387 )   PDF (1391KB) ( 2798 )   Save
The forecasting model of GM(1,1)is one of the core content of the grey system theory. In this paper we utilize the method of"the least square estimate"to find the constant number c in the time response sequence of whiterization equation of GM(1,1),then create the optimum time vesponse sequence of whiterization equation for GM(1,1).By contrasting the optimum one to the GM(1,1)about the simulation and prediction,we can conclude that the optimum one is superior in prediction and simulation.

    LIU Guang-li, ZHANG Ai-li, DENG Nai-yang
    2003, (4):  58-61.
    Abstract ( 2096 )   PDF (2221KB) ( 1787 )   Save
Support Vector Classification has shown great performance in practice as a two class classification methodologyHowever,it is required that every input must be exactly assigned to one of these two classes without any uncertainty. In this paper,we propose USVC early-warning algorithm on expert advices, which is able to deal with the training data with uncertaintyThe application field of our algorithms is,wider than the SFVM method, although uncertainty is also considered thereMoreover, early warning of grain security is solved by USVC algorithm.

A method of rule induction based on rough set theory, which is capable of learning both deterministic and non-deterministic classification rules,is discussed. The method makes the classification rules more general and reliable. An algorithm is put forward. The basic idea is to allow users to specify three parameters:strength, consistency and coverage, then the classification rules that satisfy the requirements are induced. At the end of the paper, the rules which meet the specified criteria are derived by applying the method to an example. The method is robust in dealing with noisy data and in analyzing large databases.
